Our flavors are made for adults to enjoy legally

We recognize the seriousness of youth access to e-liquid products and support responsible efforts to address this issue, but banning the flavors in e-liquid products is not the answer.

The fact is, e-liquids are intended only for responsible adult consumption and, like other adult products, the focus should be on educating and preventing underage access to all e-liquids rather than restricting the types of products legal age adults can and do enjoy today.

Credible, research-based science is needed

At the end of the day, we think any additional regulations regarding electronic nicotine delivery systems must be based on credible, research-based science. As the FDA has noted, additional research is necessary and we fully support that research.
