PACT Act Update
As you may recall, earlier this year we shared that new federal regulations had emerged impacting the vapor category. As a recap, an amendment was made to the PACT Act prohibiting the U.S. Postal Service from shipping vapor products to adult consumers. On Oct. 21, USPS published its final rule on the matter.
Unfortunately, with the release of the final rule, we can no longer ship our individual adult consumers’ vape orders through USPS, which is why we have paused all online orders.
We are working to identify new shipping options and will resume online sales soon! In the meantime, you can click here to find a trusted Bantam retailer near you.
